Mortgage applications decreased by 1.2% from last week on a seasonally adjusted basis, according to data from the Mortgage Bankers Associations (MBA) weekly mortgage applications survey for the week ending Feb. 21, 2025. On an unadjusted basis, the index decreased 4% compared with the previous week.
